This renowned 20 YO residence (located on D3 on the new plan provided by the tourism office) is situated on the slopes, 500 meters away from the lake and its playground. This is the perfect rental for winter season for skiing (residence located on the slopes) and for enjoying the alpine quietness and environment during summer (swimming pool, lake, walking distance from village centre...).
This is a ground floor, 2 rooms apartment (27 m2 – orientated southwest) that can accommodate 4 people.
This apartment comprises:
- 1 sitting room with a sofa bed (2 people), a kitchen corner (equipped with a 2 pans hob, cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, colour TV)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with toilets
The felts, pillows, bolsters and blankets are included.
Not included: pillow cases, drapes and towels that you can rent (see below)
You can also book a baby crib for €39.00

Bed sheets and household linen:
None of these are included in the rental accommodation. You can either bring it or rent it before your arrival to:
Groom Service (ask for Natalie on 06 85 75 73 17 or 04 50 75 88 30). The linen will be delivered in your apartment before your arrival by giving the reference to the Centrale des Propriétaires to confirm your linen rental and the address of the apartment you will be renting.

Ski Rental:
Discount for the Centrale des Propriétaire’s Guests!
At Vermont Sport in front of the post office (www.vermontski.fr or call Pierre on 04 50 75 82 07)
20% discount on the weekly “ski and equipment rental package” deal (6 days minimum rental)
10% discount on ski and equipment rental (1 day minimum)
5% discount on all purchases (shoes, clothing, skis, snowboard…)
To avoid waiting and queuing, we advise you to book in advance the equipment either by calling directly the shop or by checking on the internet and mentioning your rental with us to benefit from the discounts. You can also book upon your arrival by presenting the voucher that will given by us upon your key reception.
Ski pass:
In order to avoid queuing at the ski pass’ tills, we also advise you to book it in advance. The passes will be delivered to us the day before your arrival by the “caisse des remontés mécaniques” and we will pass them on to you upon your arrival on the day you will collect your keys.
