A very nice three room’s apartment, 40 square meter that can accommodate up to 5 persons in a very much elegant Savoyard’s decoration. Entirely refurbished (2009) and very comfy, you will be close to the town center and the ski slopes. Free internet access is available throughout the residence.
This residence of 10 apartments (located on F4 on the map) is only 350 meters from the town center and the ski slopes. The bus stop (free transportation) is just outside the entrance.
This apartment has been entirely refurbished in a Chalet style and is around 40 square meters. This apartment is orientated south (balcony) and is located on the 3rd floor of the residence (no lifts). You will also benefit from a free parking place in the external courtyard of the residence.
During winter you will be able to store you skis and shoes in a private secured and heated ski box. During summer, you can store your bikes in the special room provided for this purpose, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the barbecue (built in the courtyard and for all to share).
This lovely apartment comprises:
- A sitting room with a sofa, a flat screen TV and a DVD player
- A kitchen corner equipped with:
- Top and bottom storage, gas hob, electric and microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher; electric coffee pot, complete cooking set, raclette, fondue cheese and braserade appliances, electric whisk and mixer, ironing board and iron, a hover
- A small room under the roof (1.60 m high preferably for children or young persons) with three single beds and a small velux
- A double bedroom with access to the balcony
- A refurbished shower room with washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer, a large cupboard and towel dryer
- Separate toilets
- Free Wi-Fi (not for professional use and under the user’s responsibility under French Law Governance in case of forbidden or malicious use)
- The pillows, bolsters and blankets are included.
- Not included: pillow cases, drapes and towels that you can rent (see below)

None of these are included in the rental accommodation. You can either bring it or rent it before your arrival to:
Groom Service (ask for Natalie on 06 85 75 73 17 or 04 50 75 88 30). The linen will be delivered in your apartment before your arrival by giving the reference to the Centrale des Propriétaires to confirm your linen rental and the address of the apartment you will be renting.

To avoid waiting and queuing, we advise you to book in advance the equipment either by calling directly the shop or by checking on the internet and mentioning your rental with us to benefit from the discounts. You can also book upon your arrival by presenting the voucher that will given by us upon your key reception.
- Ski pass:
In order to avoid queuing at the ski pass’ tills, we also advise you to book it in advance. The passes will be delivered to us the day before your arrival by the “caisse des remontés mécaniques” and we will pass them on to you upon your arrival on the day you will collect your keys.
