It has been completely refurbished and revamped in a Savoyard style and the finish is of good quality.
This apartment is laid out as below:
A corridor with a cupboard (washing machine and tumble dryer in the cupboard)
A shower room with toilets and a washbasin
E kitchen corner equipped with a microwave, electric hobs (2) fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee pot, top and bottom storages, kitchen utensils, toaster and raclette cheese appliance.
A sitting areas with two Savoyard sofa bed (truckle bed for one person) and a TV
1st floor:
A large mezzanine with a Savoyard balcony. This mezzanine is divided in 2 parts (separated with a partition wall and a closed door)
When arriving from the stairs, you will find in the first part a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed with a window. In this bedroom a door opens on a second mezzanine bedroom (windowless) with a double bed and a mezzanine bed for a teenager or two kids (9 YO and above) accessible with a ladder (please refer to the pictures)
Access to the second room via the first one at the top of the stairs.
2 TVs (a large flat screen TV and a TV in a room)

None of these are included in the rental accommodation. You can either bring it or rent it before your arrival to:
Groom Service (ask for Natalie on 06 85 75 73 17 or 04 50 75 88 30). The linen will be delivered in your apartment before your arrival by giving the reference to the Centrale des Propriétaires to confirm your linen rental and the address of the apartment you will be renting.

To avoid waiting and queuing, we advise you to book in advance the equipment either by calling directly the shop or by checking on the internet and mentioning your rental with us to benefit from the discounts. You can also book upon your arrival by presenting the voucher that will given by us upon your key reception.
- Ski pass:
In order to avoid queuing at the ski pass’ tills, we also advise you to book it in advance. The passes will be delivered to us the day before your arrival by the “caisse des remontés mécaniques” and we will pass them on to you upon your arrival on the day you will collect your keys.
