In the ‘Pesses’ hamlet, on the slopes of the ‘Pérrières’ this recent chalet (2000) can accommodate up to 8 ski lovers.

You will enjoy the view from the balcony/terrace over the slopes and rest after a long day skiing in one of its 4 rooms.
You can access the slopes from this 95m2 chalet via a private bridge (please see pictures) and enjoy a ride from the Les gets resort to Morzine and “Les Portes du Soleil”.
It is located on H4 on the tourism office plan.
This chalet is laid out as below:
1st floor:
A sitting room, living room with access to the terrace. 2 Sofas, a TV (4 channels), a DVD player, a table (can sit up to 10 people when opened), a fire place (wood logs not included but can be ordered – please refer to the offer)
An open kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, an electrical coffee pot, dual gas/electric hobs, oven (+ integrated microwave), a fridge
A shower room with washbasin and toilets (window)
Ground floor:
A windowless bedroom with a double bed
A small laundry with a washing machine and a washbasin
1st floor:
A bedroom with a double bed with access to a balcony towering the slopes
A bedroom with a twin bed (acc 2 people) with access to a balcony towering the slopes

None of these are included in the rental accommodation. You can either bring it or rent it before your arrival to:
Groom Service (ask for Natalie on 06 85 75 73 17 or 04 50 75 88 30). The linen will be delivered in your apartment before your arrival by giving the reference to the Centrale des Propriétaires to confirm your linen rental and the address of the apartment you will be renting.

20% discount on the weekly “ski and equipment rental package” deal (6 days minimum rental)
10% discount on ski and equipment rental (1 day minimum)
5% discount on all purchases (shoes, clothing, skis, snowboard…)
To avoid waiting and queuing, we advise you to book in advance the equipment either by calling directly the shop or by checking on the internet and mentioning your rental with us to benefit from the discounts. You can also book upon your arrival by presenting the voucher that will given by us upon your key reception.
Ski pass:
In order to avoid queuing at the ski pass’ tills, we also advise you to book it in advance. The passes will be delivered to us the day before your arrival by the “caisse des remontés mécaniques” and we will pass them on to you upon your arrival on the day you will collect your keys.
